“Cutiecle Oil” is one of the best cuticle oils on the market. This cuticle oil moisturizes, strengthen, soften, and promotes healing to the cuticle area of the nail. 

The cuticle is a thin layer of skin that forms a protective barrier around the base of the nail. It is located at the base of the nail plate and serves to seal the area between the nail plate and the surrounding skin, known as the nail fold. The cuticle helps to protect the nail matrix, which is the area where new nail cells are formed.
