At Beauty Airah, we want every order to feel like a little beauty treat. Because of the hygienic nature of our products, we have a strict return policy to ensure the safety and quality of every item we sell.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Press-on nail kits
- Nail care products
- Beauty accessories
- Used or opened items
This policy helps maintain hygiene standards for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Beauty Airah is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
